Gundel cooking course

Cook together with the chef of Restaurant Gundel and learn his tricks!



The participants prepare menus of three courses. After cooking they consume its dishes in the restaurant. A glass of wine, a cup of coffee or tea and a bottle of mineral water accompany the meals. In order that participants of the courses should be able to prepare the dishes at home, they will be given the recipes in English or in Hungarian language.

Goulash Soup

The Classic Crêpe à la Gundel with Chocolate Sauce

Palóc Soup
a variation of Goulash, created by János Gundel
Tenderloin of Pork Hungarian Style (with home-made Letcho and sautéed Potato)
Sponge Cake Somló Style
